When moving out of a property, it is usually required by the lease agreement to leave the property in the same condition as it was when you moved in. If the property is not cleaned to a satisfactory level, the landlord or property manager may withhold part or all of your security deposit to cover the cost of cleaning. We'll make sure everything requested is done!

Services Included in Move-out/Move in Cleaning
Kitchen
Clean and disinfect all surfaces, including countertops, stovetop, and backsplash.
Clean the inside and outside of the refrigerator and freezer, including shelves and drawers.
Clean the inside and outside of the oven and microwave.
Clean the inside and outside of the dishwasher, including the racks.
Clean the cabinets and drawers, both inside and outside.
Clean and disinfect the sink and faucet.
Sweep and mop the floors.
Wash dishes and put them away.
Empty the trash and recycling.
Bathrooms
Clean and disinfect all surfaces, including the sink, faucet, countertops, and shower or bathtub.
Clean the inside and outside of the toilet, including the bowl, seat, and tank.
Clean and disinfect the mirrors.
Clean and disinfect the cabinets and drawers, both outside.
Sweep and mop the floors.
Restock toilet paper, hand soap, and towels.
Empty the trash.
Bedrooms
Dust all surfaces, including furniture, lamps, and picture frames.
Vacuum or sweep the floors, including under the bed.
Wash or dry-clean any bedding, including the comforter and pillows.
Clean and organize closets and drawers.
Dust and clean any ceiling fans or light fixtures.
Empty the trash.
Living Room
Dust all surfaces, including furniture, lamps, and picture frames.
Vacuum or sweep the floors and rugs.
Clean and disinfect remote controls and other electronics.
Dust and clean any ceiling fans or light fixtures.
Empty the trash.
